- Exchange is within 3 days from receiving the order in case of size issue
- Any return or exchange fee is the responsibility of the customer
- For approval of exchange please note the following :
- a- you need to provide the original invoice
- b-item need to be sent to our company within 3 days with the purchase invoice
- For swimsuits and for hygiene reasons no exchange can be done .
- c- following the approval on exchange , we will send you new item and delivery charges apply

- In case client submitted an order online and wrong contact data are added company will have the right to cancel the order within one week from order day as our company will contact every client to confirm before dispatching any order.


- please note that delivery company is not Kyveli , so we appreciate your understanding that no modification , deductions replacements or changes can be done on spot with the delivery company representatives
